Cozy accommodation in Åhus with terrace & parking!

Cozy accommodation of 25 square meters in one corner of a large villa with its own entrance at the back and a secluded terrace overlooking the garden. There are all modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, toilet, shower, washing machine, TV, fully-equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, outdoor furniture, lawn & parking etc. You will live in a quiet residential area right next to the forest near the playground & many nice hiking trails. It takes 10-15 minutes by bike & 5 minutes by car to the beach. Bicycle available to rent for SEK 100/day or SEK 500/week. The space There is a Hilding single bed 90x200cm and a comfortable Ihreborn forward-facing sofa bed 140x200. By the summer, we will replace the sofa bed with a single bed so it will not be so cramped when you fold out the sofa. Cleaning supplies, extra blankets & pillows are in the closet. Guest access The apartment is located in one corner of the house with a private terrace and views of the garden and forest. Park in the driveway and go left around the house, the entrance is in the back. Other things to note There is a note above the sink in the kitchen with the Wi-Fi password and some practical information.
