The space Full amenities contemporary 1 bedroom, 1 full bath guest house, 650 sq ft., secluded and private. The space is a self contained guest house and has it's own entrance, full kitchen with full size appliances with an eat in bar area & stools. Stove/range, full size French door refrigerator with filtered water, microwave, granite counter-tops, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and everything else you need to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen and laundry room are on the ground floor. The living room, bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. The spacious and light filled living room has skylights, sofa, LCD tv with Apple TV, Cable Tv/Movie channels, Color printer with AirPrint, prints directly from your tablet or iPhone. The separate bedroom has a Full-sized bed w/ linens. There is lots of closet space, a ceiling fan and an alarm clock. The bathroom has an oversized spa soaking tub and a separate rain shower. A hair dryer and towels are supplied. Private laundry room has large capacity washer & dryer w detergent and iron/ironing board. There is an AC wall unit in the Living room. In colder months we have electric heaters for use. There are exterior security cameras around the property for safety. We have 2 husky female pups on the property, if you don't feel comfortable with dogs this may not be the right place for you. We sometimes have family booked and blocked on our calendar, and if you are looking for a long-term stay, we will try to accommodate. Guest access The guest house is located behind the main house. Once you enter the front door gate, guests will walk along the driveway past the main house to get to the guest house in the back. It's a freestanding building and has it's own entrance. The front door gate needs to be locked every time you enter & exit. The free parking space is in a gated lot very close by. Guests will have a clicker to keep in your car during your stay. Other things to note We don't allow gatherings. We ask guests to sign a standard CA lease for the dates of stay. We require past reviews. We have two female husky dogs- they're sometimes outside when we're home. If you are not used to dogs or don't feel comfortable, this may not be the ideal situation for you. Due to health considerations for future guests who have severe allergies, we do not accept pets in the guest house.
