The condo is located directly on the beach, has a private balcony with new patio furniture to enjoy gulf views. Walking distance to Flora-Bama, Yacht club & Ole River Grille. Condo is owner managed and is a large 2 bedroom 2 bath unit on the 4th floor. Guest will have access to the entire unit, pool, spa, gym, parking and the Beach. 1 parking tag is included with your stay. Must be 25+ to book and present during stay. No parties, no events no pets. The space The condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom on 4th floor. The condo is 1500 square feet and building is location directly on the beach. Balcony is accessed through living room and master bedroom. Large walk in closet by master bedroom. Master BR: King size bed. 2ND Bedroom: Queen & Single bed Living Area: Queen Sofa Bed Master Bathroom : Large walking shower 2ND Bathroom: Shower/tub combo Wet bar with ice maker. K cup coffee maker. New stainless refrigerator. New living room furniture. Free Wi-fi and keyless entry. Washer & dryer located inside the unit. No smoking or vaping. No pets. 1 parking tag is included with your stay . Limit of 1 vehicle. No boats, campers or trailers. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit, the pool & spa. Bathrooms and Fitness area are located downstairs of the front office building. Access to the condo is by the elevator in the garage. Note: Parking is limited to 1 vehicle. One parking tag is included with your stay. There are 2 small closets inside the unit which are not available to guests. NoTrailers, boats, or campers. Amenities are subject to close for cleaning and or repairs at HOA's discretion. I do not have baby crib or highchair available. Other things to note Ike's Beach Services rents beach chairs and umbrellas for beach use (March-September). Bike rack is available near the garage entrance to the pool, during your stay. Utility carts are available in the garage to transport your items to the condo. These carts are large and can damage walls & carry sand & debris into the unit. So, I ask my guest not to bring the carts into the condo. No "third party" booking. Parking tags/ permits are required and must be visible at all times for parking on property.
