This newly renovated one large bedroom/ full bath space has enough space for up to 4 adults and 2 children. Come and enjoy Santa Barbara! The space is under part of our home so you will hear footsteps but we ensure you a relaxing, comfortable and clean stay while you are here. The space Our home is set on a quiet cul de sac that opens to a beautiful field and open space area. We are less than a mile to La Cumbre Plaza and roughly a 12 minute drive to central Downtown, Goleta and the airport. The closest beach is 2.5 miles away and has public access, bathrooms and a restaurant. The space is on the garden level so you have a small outdoor area with a table and chairs as well as a small fountain and fruit trees. The rental includes a large room, kitchenette with washer/dryer, a sitting area, dining room, full bathroom and private entrance. We look forward to your stay! Guest access The entire guest suite is for your use without any shared amenities. It is a garden level space our home is above the space you are renting. Other things to note The space is professionally cleaned before/after each guest stay. Cleanliness and organization are important for us. We want to deliver you a beautiful environment for your stay.
