It's steps from the Merrill Auditorium and 6 or less minute walk to the Old Port, One Monument Square, restaurants and shopping on Exchange Street, and the Courthouse. The space The apartment features a small galley kitchen, coffee bar, living and dining room, and separate bedroom with bath. We have AC and cooling fans for the hot summer months, and reliable WiFi (45-50 Mbps) and cable for your work or entertainment needs. Just steps from the Merrill and multiple dining options, it's a convenient yet cozy spot from which to enjoy Portland. One dedicated off-street parking space is available with the apartment in a lot diagonal from the building, so no need to pay expensive parking garage prices. Guest access You will have full use of the apartment all to yourself. Other things to note Dogs are welcome to stay with you at the apartment. They must be housebroken, and if you plan to leave them in the apartment alone they must be well behaved (won't bark the entire time you're gone). We also ask guests to clean up after them out of respect for the next guests. There is one thermostat that controls the heating temperature for multiple apartments in the building, so unfortunately we cannot allow guests to change it themselves. We may be able to adjust it up or down a couple of degrees if you ask. Otherwise, there are valves on the radiators that can be opened or closed to allow more or less heat through them.
