This elevated 3 story mountain home sits gazing at the tree tops. With 5 bedrooms and 4 baths everyone will have space to relax and enjoy all that Truckee Donner and Tahoe have to offer! The main floor boasts a well equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, grand fireplace in the living room, a dining room, bedroom and bath! There are 3 decks with nothing but forested views. The middle deck includes a large private hot tub. There are also 2 washer/dryers, and a spacious 2 car garage. The space Guests are welcome to use the entire house! Enjoy any of the social space upstairs or the serenity of 3 outdoor decks. Behind the house is a beautiful green belt to take an easy walk in the forest. There is a gas grill available for use on the top deck (subject to snow coverage). Guest access Guests are able to use the entirety of the house, as well as the many clubhouses and facilities in Tahoe Donner. Other things to note Per Tahoe Donner regulations, we can accommodate 14 adults and their children. The minimum stay may be longer during holiday weekends. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. Violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable $600 fine. This is a smoke-free property. Thank you for not smoking. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a forfeiture of the full security deposit. Truckee TOT STR0000-00-23-75.
