Welcome to our newly renovated and private 1-bedroom suite in the heart of trendy South Riverdale. Only a short walk to the best shops, restaurants, and cafes of Riverdale, Leslieville, and Cabbagetown. Situated on a charming and quiet residential street, yet conveniently located steps away from many transit options to the downtown core. The space Completely renovated ~700 sq ft lower level 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite with all the modern finishing's including luxurious in-floor heat throughout the space. Although this a basement suite, it features tall ceilings and many large windows that bring in lots of natural light. Bedroom The bedroom includes a comfortable queen size bed and plenty of closet space for longer stays. Living room Relax in the living room on a comfortable couch and seating area. There is a 43” Samsung Frame smart TV with cable, Netflix, Disney+ available to guests. Guests can also enjoy fast wifi during their stay. Dining Room /Workspace A large dining area perfect for both eating or working. Kitchenette The kitchen features all the necessities including an under-counter fridge/freezer, cooktop, counter oven, microwave, and under-sink dishwasher. Guests also have a BBQ in their private outdoor space. Bathroom Spacious walk-in rainfall shower and full vanity equipped with hairdryer. Other The unit also features private laundry (washer & dryer) should you need it. Guest access Guests will have their own private entrance on the side of the main house. You’ll access the suite with a door code which you’ll be provided prior to check in. Other things to note Please note that this is a family home and we live in the house upstairs.
