2 Bedroom/1 Bath home apartment in a quiet, convenient neighborhood just a ~10 min drive from Biltmore, Downtown, and the Blue Ridge Parkway! With features including King Beds, key-less entrance, cozy living room w/ smart TV, kitchenette (microwave, cook-top, toaster oven, coffee maker, fridge/freezer), board games, and plenty of off-street parking. You should have all you need to feel at home here in Asheville. The space Your home away from home... Living room: cozy living space with a large picture window looking out on the front lawn with large shade trees that offer a bit of privacy from the street. Enjoy a nice collection of board games and a sweet space to decompress after a full day of exploring. TV: 50" Smart TV with Chromecast and Roku in the living room for streaming all of your favorites. Kitchenette: has a mini fridge with separate freezer compartment, sink, microwave, drip coffee maker, 2 burner cook top, toaster oven, and the basics like silverware, dishes, salt & pepper, etc. Bathroom: full bathroom with large shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, extra towels 2 Bedrooms: both are equipped with king bed, reading lights, fans, space heaters, and extra blankets. Note that the home has central heat/ac but the fans and heaters offer maximum, individualized climate control in your sleeping space. Parking: there is ample off-street parking. Please let me know in advance if you will have more than 2 vehicles so I can plan accordingly. You will share the driveway with a year round resident so please don't block the full entrance/exit. Private entrance: there is a set of steps leading up to your private entrance at the front of the home. The lock is keypad operated so no need to worry about losing a pesky key or needing to meet a human for check-in. You will receive a unique code prior to your arrival. Come and go as you please! Yard: there's a lovely lawn in front of the house with plenty of space to relax. Neighbor: this is a cozy, bright apartment in a larger home and a full time, solo resident lives in the other half. You won't share any areas (except the driveway) with her, will enjoy your own private space, and likely won't see/hear her while you're here. Because you have a neighbor, please avoid loud, late nights. My home is great for families, small groups of friends, and couples but is not the appropriate place for parties or late nights. This is a quiet home base from which to explore Asheville. Children are welcome but the house is not set up with child-specific safety features so please be mindful of that fact when deciding if this is the home for you. Guest access The front entrance is all yours. Enter into your cozy living room with kitchenette. Your bedroom and a full bath (shower only, no tub) are down the hallway. There is a full time resident living in the second half of the house. She comes and goes through the backyard/side porch. Please be mindful of sharing the driveway with her tiny car. Thanks! Enjoy! Other things to note There is a small set of stairs leading up to your entrance and your parking space is just at the bottom of those stairs for your convenience.
