Immaculately clean, sleekly furnished, cozy condo unit in a beautiful and friendly part of Lauderdale By The Sea. The condo building is a short walk to the beach, Anglin's fishing pier, exercise park with new tennis courts, basketball courts and playground down the street. Within walking distance to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, tasteful bars and shops. Just a short drive to Galleria mall which features signature shops and dining. Other things to note THE POOL IS CLOSED DURING CITY PERMITTING WAIT TIME FOR RENOVATION. In order to procure a safe environment at our property, there are surveillance cameras facing the exterior of the property including the common areas and laundry facility. There are NO surveillance cameras inside any of the units. There is one assigned, complementary parking space per unit on the property. Additional vehicles must park in the street where parking is paid to the city via the meter or city parking app. There is a coin operated laundry facility on the property, the machines take quarters only. The unit is cleaned and prepped prior to each check in, the unit is equipped with an allotment of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one towel per occupant according to the unit’s listed occupancy. Each bed is made with a flat sheet, comforter and pillows. The sleeper sofa is equipped with a flat sheet, comforter and pillows. No additional cleaning, replacement of bedding, towels or replenishing of toiletries will take place throughout the stay. Should guests wish to do so throughout their stay, they are welcome to wash and dry their towels and bedding at the laundry facility and procure any additional supplies at the neighboring shops throughout their stay
