Great Neighborhood. Walk to Town, Beach. One Bed.

Upstairs is ONE full-size bed,(listing header says two double beds in house but only one bed) a TV with Roku, chair, luggage rack, and portable AC unit. In the attached sitting area is a table/chairs, Keurig coffeemaker w/pods, tea, cups. One shared bath on main level. Solo travelers feel very comfortable here. Please read house rules. Message ETA at least one hour prior to arrival. The space One full sized bed upstairs with a sitting area (chairs, small table, coffee pot and usually snacks). Only a few miles from the state park with hiking trails and beaches. Close to restaurants, Stearns park on Lake Michigan and downtown functions. It is not a large home but you’ll find it clean and comfy. Guest access You will have access to the living room, bathroom and kitchen. There is a picnic table and lawn chairs in the backyard. During your stay This is my home but you have plenty of privacy on the 2nd floor. I am in and out quite a bit and always available to help you navigate/provide recommendations for this area. Other things to note Park on street, out front. Three steps up the small porch to the front door, then stairs to the upper level. You must have a current profile photo of you listed.
