The home features designer and luxury furniture, fixtures, appliances, and finishes. The living room has a 46" Samsung Smart TV mounted on the front wall and an electric fireplace mounted on the wall next to the couch. The kitchen is well-appointed with cabinets imported from Italy and Miele appliances including a built-in espresso and coffee machine. Other amenities include a common outdoor hot tub (currently closed until winter 2020) common laundry facilities and covered parking for one vehicle on the ground level. Other things to note This 2 bedroom has an additional 3rd bedroom that may be rented to other guests. The third bedroom has a separate entrance.
