The cottage is accessible with a wet room style bathroom and master bedroom on the ground floor. The swimming pool and hot tub are a huge bonus to this wonderful cottage. The space Vale Walnut is a charming cottage with traditional features including a small, but powerful, log burner and wooden beams with vaulted ceiling. Outside is a small courtyard with a gate to create an enclosed space. There are two outside chairs to enjoy the view. You enter the property to the sun room which has a comfy sofa and dining table, the most stunning place to eat your brunch! The views from this room are stunning. Through into the open plan kitchen and living space, with comfy sofas, large smart TV and a log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Bedroom 1 is a large room with king size zip and link bed- it can be a twin or king-size double. Space for a travel cot here too. Wet room with shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and toilet with hand rails. There is a sliding door into here. Upstairs to bedroom 2- attic room with twin beds or the beds can be put together to create a double bed. Please note the ceilings are low up here- great for children or adults that aren't over 6ft! There is also a separate toilet up here, again the ceilings are low. Vale Walnut is our most accessible cottage. There is starlink wifi in the cottage offering excellent, fast and reliable wifi. Shared areas include laundry area, courtyard garden, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, play area and car park. Other things to note Bedroom one is on the ground floor with a sliding door, main bathroom is a wet room style shower room, bedroom 2 is upstairs and has low ceilings.
