Guests have full access to the in-ground pool, gas grill, and patio/ deck area. There is a wonderful outdoor shower near the pool. Full kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffee and hot drink pods provided, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishes and cooking supplies. Living room has flat screen tv with satellite; Dvd and VCR player with large selection of movies. Unit has free wifi access. Short drive to many attractions in the area - the Springs, BMX competition venue, Equestrian venue, Easton Sports Complex, Newberry Softball/baseball complex. 24 min. drive to U. of Florida campus. The entire space is for guests only. Guests will have a key code to come and go. Owners will be unobtrusive and will not enter the apartment while rented. Covered patio on the pool house and the adjoining pool area are for guest use, as well as the gas grill on the deck. Outdoor shower on back of pool house with beach towels provided. Stackable washer and dryer in garage below for guest use. You have the pool house apartment all to yourselves. Owners are available in nearby main house if needed, but will not enter the apartment when rented unless requested. We love to greet you in the driveway if we happen to see you! This quiet rural location on an easy to find good country road is within 30 minutes of EVERYTHING! University of Florida, Shopping mall, restaurants galore, anything you will need. 10 minutes to Jonesville Publix, Town of Tioga, Starbucks; If you are going to a UF football game, you can leave your car at Tioga at World of Beer ( 10 min away) and take the shuttle into the game from there. There is a nature preserve with walking trails just a half mile from the home. 10 minutes to Little Forest Farm and Clark Plantation wedding venues and Canterbury Equestrian Center, BMX Competition, Champions Park, Easton Center sports venues. 30 minutes to Ginnie, Poe, and Blue Springs; 45 min. to Ichetucknee Springs and others. Parking is just outside the pool house with a dedicated labeled space for guests. Please note that the pool house apartment is above the garage, on the second floor.
