Squirrel's Nest - Steps Away from Town!

Welcome to the perfect place for your next getaway! Our Squirrel's Nest 2 bed + 1 bath cabin comes with a large, beautiful deck, which lays immersed amongst the trees. Town Center is only TWO MINUTES AWAY! Idyllwild's best trails, shops and restaurants are within walking distance! This cozy cabin comfortably sleeps 6 - great for a small group/family's getaway - we welcome you to stay in our charming cabin! The space This property has two cabins - this is the front cabin. However, there are no shared spaces. The LARGE deck is for this unit only. There are two driveways for this property, the paved right driveway is for this cabin. If you plan on bringing more than one car in the winter months, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. Guest access We provide a self check in for ease. Check in: You will have access to the "Arrival Guide" on the Airbnb app about 24-48 hours before your check in. Then, we will message you the lockbox code the day of your check in through our message thread. Other things to note Please read before booking: - PETS: Only dogs allowed, no cats or other animals. We have a max of 2 dogs allowed. If you would like to bring a dog, please make sure to select 1-2 PETS at booking to ensure the pet fee is included. Dogs must be paid for at reservation time. If there is an unauthorized dog during the stay, a fee of $100 will be applied, plus the original pet fee. There is no fenced yard and pets must be on leashes at ALL TIMES and not left unattended in the cabin. - Please note that there is a difference in price over 4 guests. To compare the price, please select 4 guests, then select 5-6 guests at booking. - Firewood is not provided. Please stop by the local stores for firewood before your stay. We recommend buying a start kit as well! - Items not permitted with no exceptions: Events of any kind, Unauthorized Guests, EV Charging, Smoking inside or around the Premises & No fire pits/outdoor fires. - We are in a Mountain Town, during winter months, there may be snow which might require you to wait on the snow plows (we're a small Town) or shovel your car or walkway out of the property. - Please scroll to the bottom of the listing, click "show more" under House Rules for other important info. These are very important and we expect that guests follow these completely. Please check the weather conditions prior to your departure. Snow chains are needed with icy conditions!
