We are offering our beautiful North Chico home for a family to visit & enjoy! With an open floor plan & lots of natural light, the home has a unique architectural design with multiple levels of sunken living rooms. There's 4 Bd's 3.5 baths 2 living rooms & a sunroom. On a little over an acre with a private fenced yard w/ trampoline, playground set & separate fenced yard from pool area. Great outdoor living as well as indoor living! * No dogs please *2 night minimum The space Huge backyard with a large fenced pool with shade arbor. This is the perfect home for a graduation BBQ. We have 5 beds a toddler bed and an air mattress for our guests. There is plenty of space for additional air mattresses. No dogs please Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Other things to note The house has multiple levels and sets of 1-3 steps for sunken living rooms and sunken bedrooms. We may, at the time, be staying on-site in the attached mother-in-law unit. We will not bother you and the house and yard will be completely yours.
