Mail & Package Policy: Guests are not allowed to use the property address for mail correspondence. Any mail received will be returned to sender and not be given to you. Please obtain a P.O. Box if you need to receive mail during your reservation. Amazon Packages Exception: The only exception I can make is for Amazon packages but they should be labeled exactly as followed: (Guest name) c/o (HOST Name) [Property Address] Amazon packages not labeled correctly as shown above, will be returned to sender. If Amazon packages are placed in the locked mailbox, guests do not have access to retrieve them. You will need to wait until the host checks the mailbox. —————————————— Lockout Policy: If a guest ignores the “low battery” warning light on their smart lock and becomes locked out of their room as a result, a $150 lockout fee will apply.
