Lovely 3-Bdrm Family Home, Near Hiking Trails

Beautiful 3-bedroom home just 8 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor and 10 minutes from the Stadium. Convenient location near Weber’s Inn, with a 2-minute walk to local bus routes and easy access to grocery stores and coffee shops. Walking distance to wooded trails around inland lakes. A large outdoor deck offers a dining area, grill, and gas fire pit. The space Three-bedroom house has an open concept first floor, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen are the dining area and family room with Samsung smart TV and Amazon FireStick. There is a huge deck off the family room for summer BBQs and dinners. The first floor bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large easy-access shower, and is a convenient option for those with limited mobility. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms, plus a full bathroom. One of the upstairs bedrooms can accommodate 4 people, with a queen bed and two single beds. The other upstairs bedroom is across the hall and accommodates 2 people, with one queen bed. There is also a bathroom upstairs that the two bedrooms share. There is a guest suite in the lower level of the house that is separate and secure from the main house. The guest suite will be occupied by other guests or the host during your stay. The only shared space is the laundry room. Please note that the house is generally priced lower than similarly appointed houses in the area, to account for the fact that the guest suite will be occupied during your stay. All guests are asked to observe quiet hours and be considerate of noise during their stay. Guest access The main house, deck and yard are available for your use. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer in the lower level that is shared with the host. Other things to note In booking this home, please note there is a separate lower-level guest suite on the property. This space may be occupied by the host or, at times, other guests during your stay. The main house is private and secure, and no interaction is required aside from occasional shared use of laundry or briefly crossing paths outside. This is my primary residence, and I live on-site most of the time, often occupying the guest suite. The nightly rate, which is generally lower than most similarly apportioned homes in the area, reflects that the lower-level guest suite will be occupied during your stay. We fully clean and sanitize the house in between guests. All linens are freshly laundered. You can book with confidence, knowing that the house will be fresh, clean, and sanitary.
