Private walk out basement suite with keyless and contactless entrance. Spacious bedroom with a queen bed, large living area with TV, coffee bar and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Located in a safe, quiet, tree lined, neighborhood with easy access to everything. Conveniently located right off of I-80 and I-680. Walking distance to shops and restaurants at Rockbrook Village. 10 minutes to Aksarben Village, Baxter Arena and UNO. 15 minutes to downtown, Henry Doorly Zoo or CWS. The space While visiting you will have access to the ground level basement with a private entrance. You will also have keyless, contactless entry through the garage. We will still be using the garage during your stay but will not enter the house through the basement. This space is private with a door to separate the upstairs from the downstairs. We live upstairs and we do have young children, one of whom is a toddler and does not always walk quietly upstairs. Before 8:30 pm you will hear some noise from feet upstairs but after that time it should be quiet. We have also provided a white noise machine to try and limit any distraction that may be caused prior to this time. We do offer parking for one car in our driveway and there's free street parking too. Coffee bar includes Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and mini-fridge. Guest access You will have the whole basement unit to yourself. Other things to note TV is set up with a Roku and has Netflix available. Fridge is stocked with some drinks for you to enjoy and Keurig cups included.
