The guest suite

Attractive and efficient space. Your suite is private. There are no common areas. Gold Canyon is a sleepy little town nestled under the Superstition Mountains. In the summer our population is approximately 10,000 and during the winter we increase to a population of approximately 40,000. Guest are walking distance from the Gold Canyon golf resort featuring golf fine dining and spa amenities. Gold Canyon is absolutely beautiful. There are Hiking trails and so much to explore. The space On a 16th acre lot sits the Adobe style home built in 1981. Your living area has vaulted ceilings and is comfortably furnished. Ample bedroom with a queen size bed and plenty of room for all your things. The bathroom has a linen closet and shower and tub combination. If you seek perfection this is not the place for you but if your seeking home sweet home comforts you have arrived Guest access Your suite is private. Laundry facilities are just on the other side of the door in the hallway Other things to note 1.When using things like the microwave, coffee maker or toaster please operate one appliance at a time to avoid throwing the breaker 2.The front walkway leading to your private suite is uneven so please walk with care. 3. My home is very close to the base of the superstition mountains so we do see a lot of wildlife. It is not unusual to see a coyote walking across the yard or Javelina I even have a raccoon that likes to come on to the back patio and hang out from time to time and more recently we spotted a Bobcat 4.
