A lovely Relaxing and Comfortable Cottage with beautiful Michigan Woods as your back yard. There are so many things to do in this beautiful town on Lake Michigan; walking the many sandy beaches, hiking and biking, to shopping in Holland's many boutique and vintage stores... But once you enter the Cottage, you may never want to leave... Our Sunlit cottage is conveniently located just a mile away from Tunnel Beach and Riley beach, close to biking and walking paths and downtown Holland. The space When designing this newly remodeled home, it was important for us to bring in natural elements while providing a calming and relaxing environment. Our guests enjoy the open floor plan, abundance of windows throughout the house, skylights on the upper level and large front porch and back deck. The house is newly furnished with a minimalist, functional intent while also providing warmth and coziness. We provide new kitchen appliances including coffee maker, microwave and dinner service for 12, an Apple TV in the living area with access to Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube, a Smart TV in the lower level, wireless internet and a WiiU game console with games. We also provide board games, many books for leisurely reading, bikes, children's toys, and beach gear. There are 3.5 baths, a washer and dryer, cleaning products, bath and body products and aromatherapy essential oil diffusers. Guest access You have access to this entire home near the lake. Enjoy everything in the house and garage. Walking and biking path right outside the front door and beautiful hardwood trees right outside the back door with a spacious, shaded back deck with furniture and an outdoor grill. The perfect area for having a morning cup of coffee or hanging out with friends and family while preparing dinner. Please note: The house does not have direct beach access. Other things to note No pets allowed. No smoking in or near the premises.
