Located in the middle of everything Dells, easily reach all Wisconsin Dells and Lake Delton attractions. This Cabin is in the middle of 2/3 an acre of untouched woods and natural beauty. It has 160 ft of water frontage with Dells Creek. There is a Beach and Canoe rental shop just in front at Newport Park! Recently remodeled with WIFI in mind, you'll enjoy a modern entertainment center, electric fireplace, breakfast nook and electric appliances. #Camping #Lake #Lakefront #Cabin #Beach The space Canoe, Beach and Boat Launch right across the street at Newport Park! This Cabin sits atop a hill about 100 ft from Dells Creek. Water from Lake Delton empties into the Wisconsin River by way of this Creek. You'll have access to the Creek to enjoy wildlife and fishing. You may spot an Eagle perched high in a tree as they like to fish from the Creek so do remember to "look up". Ducks and Geese come & go. There are Flecker Woodpeckers, Nuthatch birds, Cedar Waxwing birds & Sandhill Cranes. A Beaver made its home in the Creek and swims around usually in the afternoon. The Deer come out at dusk to feed and they move around all night. Sometimes they can be seen playing at daybreak. Next to Newport Park is River's Edge Resort with boat rentals and a fish bait shop. Conveniently grab your minnows and/or night crawlers for your fishing needs! Keep in mind the driveway to the Cabin is narrow and will not accommodate a trailer and boat. Licensure Village Lake Delton, Anderson Management LLC Guest access Guests enjoy full and private access to the Cabin, wood deck, creek frontage and surrounding grounds within property lot lines. Only the maintenance shed is kept locked and inaccessible. Other things to note :> Maximum Occupancy: Going by square footage, the Village of Lake Delton limits maximum occupancy to six (6) guests. Its the law. :< Netflix is available for guests to sign in. If you find Netflix already signed in on an account that does not belong to you, do not change the Plan, Language nor Maturity settings. :> Beds: There is a total of five (5) beds. The sofa bed is queen size. The bunk bed is twin on top and full on bottom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The "single bed" is a fold-out chair bed. :> The Thermostat is remotely controlled but guests can adjust temperature for comfort. You may use either the "auto" or "circulate" fan settings. Do not leave fan "on" for continuous running. :> Covid19: Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to both clean and also disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. :> Pets: Please review Pet policy found under Additional Rules in the House Rule section.
