VERY IMPORTANT: - Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $250, If you break or damage something,please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.We don’t charge the $250,we just charge the cost if you let us know. - No marijuana or smoking in or around the house, There is a fine of $250 for this violation. - There will be a $500 charge for any domestic disturbances after 11pm 7 days a week. The neighbors are very respectful and I expect all guests to be the same. If a validated disturbance is reported by any of them you'll be charged $500. - Please note there are 4 surveillance cameras around the property for your safety and the safety of the property.
