Only 6.7 Mi. to John Wayne Airport - Disneyland short freeway trip 20 miles away. The open space concept Getaway D is located upstairs and doesn't have any adjoining walls and no residence below the property. Has a loft area that can be seen in pictures that was designed for young children (that can navigate the steps) which has two twin beds beds. We are told by many guests that their children loved this little place to sleep and play. Recently remodeled so has updated feel. Getaway D has it's own Webber gas BBQ on the balcony in front of the sliding glass door in the front room. Seaveiw Getaway D is located in Corona Del Mar (CDM) which is "High End" Newport Beach. The ocean-side or west-side of Bayside Drive is primarily restricted from short term rentals to make sure the area keeps it's appeal for the year-round residents. There are a few exceptions & Seaview Getaway's 4 condo's are one of the few exceptions. You will find that when there is a sunset, many of the locals from the neighborhood come out to enjoy socializing as they watch the sun go down. People are very friendly in this very safe neighborhood.
