Welcome to our home and Welcome to South Lake Tahoe! This home overlooks the water of the Tahoe Keys and is nestled on a spacious lot filled with trees at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. This home promises a peaceful escape. Cleanliness and safety in our homes is always our number one priority, and I want to personally assure you that we have expanded our already strict cleaning protocols and added additional housekeeping staff to take extra precautions between guests. We are sanitizing all high touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, faucets, and handles and opening windows and doors to allow fresh salt air to circulate, and we have outfitted each rental with disinfectants that can be used by guests that are in-house. After an invigorating day on the lake, pull your boat right up to the huge boat dock and enjoy the park-like back yard as you fire up the grill. You can relax in the hot tub in the summer or winter and enjoy the peaceful mountain views. Upper and lower decks provide ample room to unwind with the large, lower party deck right over the water. The owner of the home does keep their boat and jet skis on their dock. The boat dock is new and we are allowing one boat to park on the outside of the dock.  This picturesque, Tahoe Keys property is a favorite for friends and families with children. With three bedrooms (one room with King, one room with Queen, one room with twin bunks) and a queen sleeper sofa in the den, this home comfortably sleeps eight.  There is a washer and dryer in the home, just for you! Throw your ski socks in the dryer 5 minutes before you put your boots on and you can thank me later :) and gas BBQ, cable TV, and WiFi. In the great room, comfy furniture and a stone fireplace add to the lodge ambiance. There's a flat screen cable TV in the living room, plus WiFi to check the weather. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare delicious dinners, as well as a dishwasher to make cleanup afterward quick. The spacious gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances, a large center island with breakfast bar, and fabulous views of the water and mountains. The open floor plan creates plenty of space for the family to be together. The home does not have air conditioning but with Tahoe's cool summers it's rarely needed! The home has plenty of room to spread out; there is a cozy living room with a floor to ceiling granite wood-burning fireplace and flat screen TV as well as a den with a large flat screen and sleeper sofa. The romantic master bedroom has a fireplace for warmth and ambiance, and it boasts a king bed and an en-suite updated bath. The views from the wall of windows in the master will make you want to linger over coffee or breakfast in bed! Another bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has twins. Two and a half baths will comfortably accommodate the whole group. Centrally located in South Lake Tahoe, the home provides easy access to Heavenly Mountain Resort, the casinos, Heavenly Village shopping and dining as well a quick drive to Tahoe Keys amenities, Camp Richardson beaches, fishing, golfing, hiking and more.  Warm, Clean, & Cozy, come home from a long day of skiing and sledding to this Lake Tahoe Cabin. The home's decor is "Mountain Modern" style with snowboarder's/skiers' comforts in mind. Come relax, play and learn to live on "Tahoe Time"! This home is "Kid friendly" and fun approved with a sledding area (El Dorado beach/Snow depending) close by. Walk/bike from the cabin to lake & 3 beaches & eateries.  "Mountain Modern" style cabin, very clean and newly re-decorated with a modern rustic feel. This is a classic Tahoe family skier and snowsport cabin. No air conditioning, but with our great Tahoe summers, its rarely needed! Fireplace - we do NOT supply wood and you will need to clean up after your use. This home is pet friendly, the pet must be ok'd first and there is a fee. • INTERNET/TV Problems with internet/TV/phone, do not constitute a reason for a refund under any circumstances. In most cases, a time frame for re-connection cannot be guaranteed as dependent on cable company. We are also unable to provide computer/TV/technical gadget assistance as a rental agency. Cable companies sometimes take several days to schedule for a repair. This is beyond our control. You may not use the internet for any activity which is in violation of any laws. This specifically includes, but is not limited to, file sharing (torrent). If we receive knowledge of misuse of the internet we may terminate the internet access and/or lease without refund and seek damages from the renter on the reservation. The renter understands and acknowledges to be responsible for his / her guests. For any other computer setup stuff, like adding media players, printers we recommend the support of a local computer geek. You may not tamper with our equipment or alter any settings without our prior written approval. Pet Policy: Dogs are the only animals allowed but they must be approved by the owner first. No more than two dogs are allowed. Sorry, no Husky / Malamute breeds allowed. The following terms, conditions, and restrictions apply: If excess hair is left in home from pets you will pay an additional $200 cleaning fee. All pet droppings must be removed from the premises and disposed of prior to departure or a fee will apply to clan up after your pet. Guests are responsible for actions of their pets. Pets are not permitted to wander from the rental property, or in any way disturb neighboring properties or their residents. Should the welfare of the rental property or quiet enjoyment of any neighbor be compromised, you will be required to remove the pet from the premises. Should this occur, you remain responsible for fulfilling all other rental conditions and the financial commitment for the entire rental period. The pet fee is $75 per dog per day. If you're staying more than two days we can work out a discount. The presence of undeclared or unauthorized pets in any home will result in a $500 undeclared pet fee, as well as possible eviction and forfeiture of pre-paid rents. The Property may contain residual animal dander of various types and can affect its suitability for Tenants with allergies. We are not offering refunds. Renter is responsible for paying all fees regardless of whether or not they stay in the home after booking.  This home is best suited for guests seeking a quiet retreat in the mountains. The Property has one security cameras facing the front yard/driveway area, the back of the house/deck. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons only, In the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. They do keep their boat and their jet ski's on Their dock all year long. You are allowed 1 boat or 2 jet ski's on the outside of this dock.
