The home is a 6BR DUPLEX (2 separate units) : 4-bdrm UPSTAIRS; 2-bdrm DOWN. Each level has its own living area, dining, kitchen & laundry. Home is super close to skiing (1/2 mi), free shuttle bus, close to restaurants, shopping & downtown (2.5 mi). You’ll love my place because of the location, free shuttle out front door, ambiance, outdoors space, the neighborhood, and fantastic views! My place is good for couples, families (extended or with kids), and big groups. Note: no interior staircase The space Great for larger groups (multiple families, extended family, multiple couples) that want to be together, but still allows for some privacy since there are 2 separate living quarters. SFH/Duplex gives guests a lot of privacy (vs. condos or town home), but is centrally located too. Guest access Entire duplex if renting 6-bedroom. Please note there is no interior staircase connecting the upstairs and downstairs units. There are 2 exterior staircases...one in the front of the house and one off the patio/deck by the hot tub. Other things to note Free shuttle bus (bus stops across street) will take you to ski slopes, grocery store, restaurants, shopping and downtown Steamboat.
