KC World Cup 2026 Stay • 50 Min to Stadium

Located about 50 minutes from the Stadium with easy I-70 access. Ideal for World Cup 2026 visitors traveling with friends or family and seeking more space and lower per-person cost than Kansas City hotels. This fully remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath home sleeps up to 8 with a king bedroom, flexible second bedroom with king or two singles, and queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchen, large vanity with glass shower, fast WiFi, relaxing porch, 2 blocks from downtown Concordia and less than a mile off I-70. The space We call the home 'Das Gästehaus', which is German for The Guesthouse and a nod to Concordia's German roots. Das Gästehaus is a lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath home that has just been fully remodeled inside and out. Bedroom 1, which is 2 steps down from the main level, features a king bed and 43" TV. Bedroom 2 can be set up as either a king bed, 2 singles, or a few other options. The living room has comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a 50" TV. There is nice front porch available for relaxing. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together seamlessly. Kitchen features a range, microwave, side by side refrigerator, and dishwasher. The spacious bathroom has a 48” vanity and glass walled shower. The main entry door, bedroom 2 door , and bathroom door are all 36” for those looking for better accessibility. Guest access You’ll have private access to the entire home, including the covered front porch. No one else will have access while you are staying. A washer and dryer are available in our home next door by advance request, typically reserved for guests staying a week or longer, though we’re happy to discuss special circumstances. Please let us know ahead of time if you’d like to use them so we can plan accordingly. Many guests also choose the local laundromat, which allows multiple loads at once and can be more convenient. Other things to note Concordia is a nice small town of about 2500 people. The Palace Restaurant & Bar is only 2 blocks away and is a great place to grab a bite to eat or have a drink. Cree-Mee Freeze is a great place to grab a burger and a twist cone during their open season, typically early spring to late fall. Seven Days Diner offers a wide variety of items on their menu, and Dempsey’s BBQ is also worth checking out. OG Donut is downtown and offers fresh baked pastries, while Jentrie has numerous fine home décor items. 1832 Distilling is a located right here in town, stop by to learn their unique story and sample their various libations. Lafayette County and the surrounding area have several nice wineries and orchards within easy driving distance.
