Nestled on 22 acres, and 6 minutes from Hwy 401 and Ste. Anne's Spa. We offer 2 private suites (booked separately) overlooking our woods. Max 2 persons per suite (total 4 persons if both suites booked). One suite lists for $165 (the 2nd suite will be blocked off for your privacy), or two suites for $295 (special offer). Mini fridge, coffee maker, tv (Netflix) & microwave are provided in your package. Five complimentary hearty breakfast choices. We DO NOT accept 3rd party bookings. The space Our retreat house is the perfect choice for travellers who are eager to explore the surrounding area or for those looking to simply kick back and relax. If you are visiting Ste. Anne's Spa, we offer a well presented, affordable alternative to the lovely Ste. Anne's Spa accommodations. Our two guest suites are situated on the 2nd floor, away from the hosts. In addition to central air conditioning, both suites provide guests with very comfortable queen size beds, TV (Netflix and Prime), microwave, a lightly stocked mini fridge, coffee maker/pods, and wonderful views of the back forest, bird feeders, and wildlife. As a courtesy to you, if your party requires only one suite , we BLOCK OFF our other suite from further bookings for the duration of your stay. This is done to ensure your maximum privacy and comfort. Note that if you wish to book both rooms at the same time, we offer a flat rate of $295. The maximum occupancy per suite is 2 persons. Guest access Suite #1 is a very spacious, comfortable guest suite featuring antique furniture, love seat and TV with Netflix and Prime. Also included is a lightly stocked fridge, and a coffee maker with pods. A full private bathroom, with a tub and shower unit, is located directly down a short hallway. The bathroom is exclusively for the use of our Airbnb guests. We also invite you to explore the private rolling forest trail and quiet roads just outside our front door. For those who wish to lounge on our property, our back deck is fully available to you with a propane heater on chilly days. Private parking is free and available on site. During your stay Our desire is to make you feel very welcome and as though you've arrived at your "home away from home". With that in mind, we are sensitive to interact with you as much or as little as you'd like. Other things to note We provide a clean, carpet-free, non smoking environment and do not allow smoking ANYWHERE on the property. Please note, this will be STRICTLY enforced. Ollie, our in-house cat loves to socialize with guests, but will be kept away from guests with allergies or a dislike of cats (to the best of our ability). Short stay visitors (2 hours) are welcome if approval has been given by us, in advance, prior to arrival.
