Our beach house is 'As Close as it Gets'! We are located right across from the beach entrance and in the heart of the strip. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and amenities that our quaint beach town has to offer! Awaiting your arrival is a fully detached 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home. Fully renovated from top to bottom, nothing missed, including a full service kitchen, beautiful living/dining area, big screen smart tv with netflix, high speed internet and luxury linens throughout. The space Just show up and we will supply the rest!! Beach towels, some toys, games for the evenings. Back deck is a great place to relax, there is a BBQ and lovely seating area Guest access The entire home and property are yours to enjoy. It has parking for three cars on site as well as a backyard sitting and barbeque area. From the Memorial long weekend in May, through to Labor Day weekend in September Beach passes are needed to access the public beach. We have 6 passes available for your use. The city will not replace them so ask you to ensure you keep track of the carefully so they may be used by guests for the entire season. If a pass is misplaced there is a $150 fee. Other things to note We have taken extra precautions with the cleaning of surfaces and linens throughout the home. We have a professional cleaning company to help protect our guests!
