Please read ALL details. Welcome to my homestay, you found a gem! 3 blocks to the popular South Slope + 2 more to downtown + a little park around the corner. Gorgeous organic gardens. Peaceful boho vibes. This SINGLE room is for 1 PERSON ONLY. It's small with a single bed, many windows, lamp, fan. NO A/C or TV. Bathroom & kitchen are shared. Everything under 'Neighborhood' is an easy walk. Read all details below. Thank you! The space YOU ARE RENTING 1 OF 4 ROOMS. CLEAN, QUIET, COMMON AREAS ARE SHARED, including: Large equipped kitchen + living & dining room + bathrooms + gorgeous organic gardens & handcrafted courtyards. 🌿 NATURALLY CONNECTED: We live in one of the most bio-diverse temperate rainforests on the planet; this area is teeming with life. The house is clean -and- we enjoy keeping windows & doors open for fresh air, cooling, connection with our epic organic gardens, sounds of nature & an occasional moth or daddy long leg. Come enjoy with us if this sounds delightful--we'd love to have you! BUT if you prefer 100% air-tight hotels, please find one of the many hotels that have taken over our town. Either way, we hope you have a lovely visit! 🌸 GORGEOUS OASIS: A uniquely beautiful residential homestead. Clean, spacious, peaceful. Nature merges inside & out. Tons of natural sunlight. Clay plasters, curved corners, built-in niches, arches & hardwood floors. Large equipped kitchen, dining, living room, 1.5 bathrooms & wifi. The house is naturally cool with open windows to allow air flow. Fans throughout the house (no AC). Free street parking. The house & site are *smoke-free*. Easy walk to the popular South Slope + heart of downtown. 1,850 sq ft. house. 🌺 LOCATION IS EVERYTHING! 5 blocks to the food co-op + cafés & restaurants. Few minute drive to the Biltmore Estate. Drive to beautiful nature spots. 🌟 YOUR ROOM: Light-filled with windows & views. Simply furnished with a double bed. Linens & towels included. Window fan vs. AC to stay cool—our guests say they sleep so well here. 🌻 WE HEART: Nature & natural ways of living, food as medicine, meditation, dance, kindness.
