This PRIVATE ROOM is in the basement of our SOLAR POWERED home in Powelton village. NOTE: basement ceiling is 79" high. The stairs to the basement is narrow (only 23" wide). The last 5 landings have low overhead clearance (see photos). The window is LED-back lit, for decoration only, cannot be opened. This room can accommodate 1 PERSON ONLY. The common spaces (living-room, kitchen, bathroom) will be shared with other guests. The closest bathroom is on the ground floor which is above your room. The space Reservations at our house are preferentially given to our medical/professional guests who need either a quiet environment to study for their board exams or to relax and prepare for the interviews. Guest access Instruction on how to gain access to the house and the bedroom will be visible on the Airbnb app on the day of your check-in. During your stay Guest can have as much or as little interactions with us as they prefer. We live in this house as well so if there is any thing that we can provide to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know Other things to note 1./ STRICTLY A SMOKE FREE HOME. Please do NOT smoke within 25 feet of the main entrance (including e-cigarette, chewing tobacco , weeds, vaping ...) 2./ We don't wear shoes in the house. REMOVE YOUR SHOES at the entrance, you can leave the SHOES on the SHOES RACK. 3./ NO OUTSIDE VISITORS allowed (ONLY the 1 PERSON on the reservation may enter the house) . 4./ Our QUIET HOURS from 10 PM to 7 AM. The kitchen amenities will be limited during those hours. (Stove & oven will be OFF).
