Guest bedroom

If you like simplicity and serenity this is the place for you. The space It’s a three bedroom house however The only room available is guest bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, den, living room, hallway guest bathroom. No loitering, no smoking Guest access Kitchen, living room, den, dining room and hallway bathroom. I don’t mind birthday parties or get together but I expect cleanliness respectful of neighbors and no hanging out bottles in yard etc.
