Write off AIA and walking distance to Supermarkets and coffee shops. ALso take a stroll down the beach to the Cocoa Beach Pier where you will find restaurants, bar and live entertainment on weekends. Guest access You will have access to our washer and dryer room to wash your laundry, also have access in back yard to outside private shower to rinse off sand. also has tables and benches to have a picnic or play Games like horse shoe and other games.
