Come stay on a family friendly working cattle farm with over 200 acres of beautiful landscape and gorgeous views. We are also a pet friendly farm. The rear yard is fenced for the safety of your loved ones. There is a $10 per day per pet fee, which is due upon arrival. The space Lorland Country Retreat sits on 200 acres nestled on the border of Missouri and Arkansas. The comfortable farmhouse, which was homesteaded over 100 years ago, is renovated with modern amenities like central heat and air, four comforatble bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It features rustic decor with a sitting area and full living/dining room, a relaxing front porch, and two decks with breathtaking views of meadows, ponds, barns, livestock and wildlife. The master bedroom has king bed and full bathroom. Two rooms have queen beds, and the other two have double beds. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with pots, pans, tableware, and a drip coffee maker. Oils, and standard condiments are also stocked for your convenience. There is a gas BBQ grill with a side burner located on the back porch. A washer-dryer in the house is also available for your use. Guests are invited to walk around the land and check out the three ponds or the natural spring which comes up from the back of the house and feeds into Hamilton Creek, which then runs into Lake Northfork. We can accommodate just about anyone and anything. We have a corral/barn for those of you who are passing through for the local rodeos and would like to bring your horses.
