Relax on the desert shores of Osoyoos Lake in Washington State’s beautiful Okanagan Valley. Just 10 minutes from the Oroville–Osoyoos border crossing, our spacious 2,000+ sq ft lakeside home offers comfort, relaxation, and adventure. Swim, unwind by the water, explore nearby Molson and the Similkameen Trail, or work remotely with fast Starlink internet — the perfect getaway to recharge and make lasting memories. The space In 2014 we had the privilege of spending a season in Oroville building our summer home on beautiful Osoyoos Lake. The lake house is a duplex shared with my sister and her husband, with completely independent homes separated by a large sound-insulated wall — you’ll enjoy full privacy (we never hear each other, even with visiting grandkids!). Our side comfortably hosts up to 8 guests and features two master bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen makes family meals easy, with spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Guests love the screened porch for games and relaxing evenings, while kids enjoy the irrigated lawn leading down to the lake — and of course, everyone loves lake time. Guest access 🌊 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲 & 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 The dock ⚓ and grassy lakeshore are shared amenities for guests to enjoy. The dock is usually in place by mid-May and remains until late September, depending on lake conditions. If your stay is in early May and you’d like dock access, please contact us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 🚤 Planning to bring a ski boat? Please let us know in advance — a 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 is available (weight restrictions apply). Boats exceeding the lift limit can tie to a 𝗯𝘂𝗼𝘆. There is 𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, including space for boat trailers. Boats can also be launched at Deep Bay Park, directly across the lake. 🛶 Guests are welcome to use two adult kayaks and two children’s kayaks complimentary during their stay. Please note that dock configuration may occasionally differ from photos due to seasonal or operational adjustments.
