Welcome to this cozy one bedroom apartment. This private place is near Burholme Park, Jeanes Hospital, Foxchase Cancer center and shopping centers. It offers easy access to the suburbs as well as Center City Philadelphia by Septa Fox Chase Regional Rail Line, bus service or automobile. Entrance is on the Ground level on the side of the house. Self check in with keyless entry door lock. Check in after 3:00 pm Check out before 11:00 am. The kitchen has all basic necessities for cooking including stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, plates, utensils and a coffee maker. The bedroom has one full size bed. Living area includes one love sofa and kitchen table. WiFi is available. Guests can access Netflix, Hulu and other streaming apps via Roku. Chromecast is also available via WiFi, which is operated by mobile device. PARKING: Free parallel parking is available on the street. The guests have access to the thermostat for the heater. However, only the host can control the thermostat for the air conditioning. We have an adorable little outdoor patio which may be used for relaxing, dining, reading a book, having a cigarette or a cup of coffee. We are available on the phone or via airbnb messenger for our guests. We will be occupying the unit above this private apartment. This location is less than a mile from CVS, Wendy's, Dunkin Donuts and more. The train is only one block away. It is a prime location that is close to everything you need. Entrance to the apartment is on the Ground level. If you are walking up the steps, you’re headed the wrong way. Laundry care is not included however we do have several laundromats less than ten minutes away (driving). During extended stays, guests are responsible for additional toilet paper and paper towels. We live on a very busy street. Expect to hear some traffic noise especially during rush hour.
