Walking distance to restaurants, grocery shopping & local shops. This is the best renovated condo in the Victorian complex. The space The Blue Lagoon is equipped with state of the art technology. Complimentary Wifi, front door lock managed by Wifi, multiple 50" smart flat screen TVs, stainless steel side by side refrigerator, stainless steel dishwasher, cook-top microwave, washer/dryer combined with vent-less condensing drying system, iron and ironing table, vacuum, marble counter-top, dishes, full set of pans, coffee maker, shower towels and more. Guest access The amenities in the Victorian condominium include a Waterfall Lagoon (heated), swimming pool, tennis court, café, picnic areas, fitness center, conference room and more. Both pools are recently renovated and beautiful. Other things to note The Victorian Condominiums charges $40 facility access fee at the time of registration. This $40 fee is per group in the reservation, it is not per person. The facilities access fee allows access to all amenities in the property to the guests and parking spaces for 2 vehicles An additional $25 will be charged by the resort for both 3rd and 4th vehicles. -There is not designated parking. Park underneath of the building property. -Primary renter must be at least 21 years old -Kids are welcome -This condo is smoke-free. However smoking is allowed outside the condominum on ground level. -The condo is not wheelchair accessible. The bathrooms are not ADA compliant. There are no grab bars in the showers or near the toilet. The bathroom doors are only 24" wide. There is no specific checkout requirements. Lock the door behind you and message me when you leave.
