Watch the city lights sparkle as the fog rolls in over the hills in the distance. Wake up to watch the sun rise over the bay and the charming neighborhood. High ceilings with skylights abound. 3 levels. A cozy side patio space, a balcony and expansive, terraced back deck with great city views. Bright front office with desk (can be used as an extra bedroom), a "music room" (with guitar and bongo drums included!), a living room with high ceilings, skylights, and a 54" flat screen TV. 2 full bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom upstairs is an oasis - it has a cozy private balcony with great views of the southern parts of San Francisco and the bay. It also has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Full kitchen with a sub-zero fridge, great for cooking a family meal. The multi-terraced backyard is fantastic for hanging out or entertaining. We've put up bright lights over the deck, and you can hang out on the outdoor couch and chairs. In addition to 3 full bedrooms, the front office and "music room" can be used as additional sleeping areas. There is a fold out futon in the front office. The "music room" sofa has a pull out mattress, and a queen sized air mattress is available for the office. This is a true home with far more space and privacy than an apartment - and it has great positive energy, according to my friends and guests :) The full house. I live here much of the time, so there are a couple of clearly marked storage closets and storage rooms that are "off limits" (where I store my personal items and clothes) but 95% of the home is yours to use. Full access to the fantastic views in the terraced backyard. While there is a washer and dryer in the home, it is only available in some instances, please let us know if you plan on using it. I will be in regular contact via email and text. Typically, I can only rent my home when I am out of town, so I might not be there in person, but I have friends/family who help out if I can't be there! I try to be very responsive to any inquiries. If I am in the area, I might stop by to help out, but otherwise the home will be all yours with privacy. Noe Valley has become one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in all of San Francisco, and for very good reason. It is central, located close to freeways and public transportation. It has quaint tree-lined streets, and is full of fantastic cafés restaurants and shops. It is family oriented, but has plenty of local restaurants, bars, and cafes to keep anyone happy. My home is A quick 10 minute walk from vibrant 24th St. and a 15 to 20 minute walk from Dolores Park and the trendy and famous Mission district, home to some of the best Mexican food in the country. There are buses that leave a half block away from the house every 10 to 20 minutes that will take you anywhere you want to go in San Francisco. The Marina, Golden Gate Park, or fisherman's wharf are all just a short drive or bus ride away. There is a bus stop just half a block from the house with buses leaving every 10 to 20 minutes. Light rail is just four blocks away. Freeways are 5 to 10 minutes away by car. A quick walk to numerous restaurants, cafés, or coffee shops. Three fantastic parks with city views all within walking distance as well. Take a Lyft or uber from the house and get anywhere in the city within 15 to 20 minutes. No car is needed :) Please be quiet and respectful of neighbors, especially at night after 9:30pm. It is a fantastic, safe, and quiet area. No parties are allowed, it is a quiet neighborhood and this can cause major issues. No firearms, weapons, or illegal drugs are allowed in the home. A couple of additional guests (beyond booking group) can visit the home during the stay, but they cannot stay over night, and no large group gatherings are allowed. PARKING: Parking is legal on 28th street – no permit needed. The only restrictions are street sweeping 2x per month on Tuesdays and Fridays (alternate sides of the street) – check signs for that. Do not park directly across the street from this unit, as the spaces aren’t big enough between driveways for a car, and you can block my neighbor’s driveway. Father up the street it isn’t a problem. **Be sure you aren’t blocking anyone’s driveway where you park, or on a curb with any red on it – some spots on the other side of the street are quite small - you could get a ticket or towed (!) **Parking is typically very easy on this side of the street just up the hill. I recommend parking up there. It’s a minor walk, but parking is almost always available. If you do find a spot right in front of my house, please be sure to park in a way that you do not take up 2 spots – just use common sense (Sorry for all of the instructions about parking, but this is something that causes my neighbors stress from time to time – again, courtesy is key and the neighborhood is friendly and awesome!)
