The space The condo is located directly on the Gore Creek path and steps away from the Eagle Bahn Gondola, Born Free Express Lift, and the center of Lionshead Village. Vail Village is a short 10 minute walk along the beautiful Gore Creek path, and the new grocery market & wine/liquor store "The Market at Vail" is located directly below the condo. BEDROOMS  This centrally located condo features two bedrooms plus a convertible couch, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Primary bedroom: King bed with smart TV and en suite bathroom Bedroom 2: Full Bed & 1 Twin Bunk Set (sleeps 3) Additional sleeping space: There is a convertible couch with full bed in the living room. Please note there is no elevator in the building, so you must climb stairs to access the unit. BATHROOMS  You'll find 2 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.   KITCHEN & LOUNGE  Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook your meals. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, with big windows to let in a lot of light and fantastic mountain views. Please note there is no elevator on premises so you must climb stairs to access the condo. The garage entrance is located on the 3rd level and the condo is located on the 5th level. Other things to note •The condo is located on the top floor and there is no elevator in the building. You must be able to climb stairs to access the unit. •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking with all necessary details for your stay, along with our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more. • We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed. •Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside and will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover mitigation costs.  •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge.  •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
