Newly designed bathroom!!! If you like a calming relaxing getaway this is the place for you. This place cannot hold parties, or get togethers of any kind. (If you like your music loud and late nights, then this place WILL NOT be a good fit for that.) Your unit is in a building with other commercial space and other tenants. A waterfront deck view with your stay. Welcome to Anne’s Place. Not suitable or safe for children 0-12 years also it’s an older building there are no child friendly spaces. The space We cannot have any early check at all. There can not be anyone other then the guests proposed and confirmed on the Airbnb website/app. Also absolutely no parties or illegal drugs of any kind. Also the building is an older building so the walls are thinner than most current structures. We provide ear plugs if need be. There are people above you. And the building has a view of the bridge of 123 which can be somewhat of noise with the traffic. (Just so you have more of an idea of the actual building.) Harry’s Place and Ann’s Place share a single thermostat. Guest access You can walk around town which is the best way to get around. We provide a parking space under the building if available. Around town there is free timed public parking. And between the hours of 7pm and 7am the hours are extended and there is no timeframe during that time. There are options. Other things to note Not suitable or safe for children 0-12 years also it’s an older building there are no child friendly spaces. No loud music of any kind. The check in and check out times are check in at 4PM or after and check out at 11AM. They cannot be changed due to a fact of the cleaning crew coming in and preparing your room after the previous guests that left. Thank you so much for understanding and accommodating those times.
