I wouldn’t recommend 4 adults as the futon sleeper sofa might be a tight squeeze for 2 adults sleeping on it. This is a beautiful modern one bedroom tropical inspired guesthouse in a great central location and residential neighborhood. There is a private outdoor area including a small backyard with deck that gives you more space. You can also open the double French Doors to open up to the outdoors for a full indoor outdoor experience and more room to enjoy!
