A cozy cottage located in heart of downtown that offers four master suites, private self check-in with side entrance, and lots of charm! Short distance to the hospital, cancer clinic, doctor's offices, restaurants, shopping, and so much more! A long walk or a short drive (under 2 mi.) to the zoo, public library, and several parks. With a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a backyard patio with a gas grill that is perfect for an evening of relaxation. The Garden Suite is located upstairs to the left. This suite is equipped private shower/restroom, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, Himalayan salt lamp, and a smart tv. You will have access to the fully equipped kitchen during the hours of 6:30pm-8:30am. All that we ask is that you leave the kitchen as you found it. We will be completing updates on this property and appreciate your understanding. They will be mostly exterior and should not affect your stay or privacy, as we respect the peace and quiet that you deserve. Our guests will be able to check in when it is convenient using self check-in with keypad. Although, we look forward to greeting each and every guest, using this option may limit the initial greeting. However, I'm sure that we will meet prior to your checking out. We are always available via text or phone call. Our cottage is nestled among some of the most popular and hidden gems of Garden City. Be sure to stop into Roots Juice & Wellness Studio, down the street for a delicious fresh cold pressed juice with additional healthy menu options to start your day off right. For lunch or dinner, just down Main St. try Flat Mountain Brewhouse, for a delightful array of menu and drink options. Also, in the neighborhood we have Patrick Dugan's Coffee House, with a variety of drinks, coffees, and scrumptious homemade treats. Even closer, we have a beautiful park that hosts several community events throughout the year. Steven's Park, is a wonderful and peaceful park to visit. Finally, there are several wonderful shops, boutiques, and salons that are fabulous at catering to your specific needs. Finney County Transit is located at 1008 N. 11th St. just a few blocks west of Main St.
