Description

A quiet, beautifully lit, sanctuary in the middle of Portland's peninsula. The Art Studio is on the ground floor of a 100 year old church. It's previous use was as a painter's studio and there is still some paint on the radiant heat, polished, concrete floor. The room is full of art by Maine artists. For the use of guests there is a sunny, fenced courtyard accessible from the rental. The space Park your car because you won't need it. In minutes you can to walk to the many restaurants and bars as well as brewery and distillery tasting rooms. Less than 20 minute walk to the Portland Museum of Art, Portland Stage Company, and the State Theater through the center of the downtown. And you'll be only one block from Portland's historic performing arts facility Merrill Auditorium. Guest access This space is part of my home but has it's own private entrance and bathroom.
