All new appliances include refrigerator, 1100 W microwave, induction cook top, toaster oven and TV. Outdoors is a horseshoe area, bonfire pit, picnic table and benches near an ever-flowing creek. We recently added a fireplace and a washer/dryer! We are constantly improving our property. Recent upgrades include new carpet/rugs, pillows, futon cover, bedspread and dehumidifier.
