Guest Access- *Guests have access to the full 2nd floor of the Cape Cod. *When approved, early check-in will be assessed an additional $10/hour. Other things to note This unit is the full 2nd floor of my 2 story 1930's Cape Cod house. The 1st level is also a rental and is a private and separate space. At times, you may pass other guests in the driveway. While the units are sound treated, we ask both parties to respect the other guest's privacy and to avoid loud noises after 9pm.
