Rocky Creek Cottage

Have the woods all to yourself in this country cottage located in beautiful Maryville, Tennessee. This 8 acres has easy access to many scenic locations. A short drive to the Great Smoky Mountains National park and the new extension of the Foothills Parkway. Located about 15 minutes from the famous BlackBerry farms. Inside the cottage you will find authentic barn wood walls. The front porch is a favorite place to relax in the tranquility of natures beauty. The space Nature at it's best while drinking coffee from the front porch of this cottage! While at the cottage there are books, games, cards, TV, internet cell phones work fine. No land line. Taking a nice walk in the woods, sitting on the front porch just relaxing. The cottage master bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen bed, guest bedroom sleeps 2 in a full size bed and the living room has a pull out sofa sleeper with a extra topper for more comfort. Electric fireplace in the living area. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware, coffee pots, toaster. The location is very convenient but yet private enough. NO Party's NO Smoking, NO PETS (Allergies) We are about 1 mile to little river and public access to the river. Guest access The cottage is approx. 20 minutes from the Knoxville airport. Flights through McGhee Tyson (TYS). We are right beside the Barn at Wildwood Springs( weddings and gatherings) Approx. 30 min drive to Cades Cove, Great Smokey Mountains National Park and the new Foothills Parkway extention. We are about 40 minutes from the dragon, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and about 50 minutes to Gatlinburg. Located 2 miles from little river and River Johns Outfitters (Kayaks and canoe rentals). We are approx. 30 minutes from UT Campus. There are many good places to eat just a short drive into Maryville or Townsend. We also have many local antique shops in this area. Summer fun is going swimming in little river or floating on tubes. There are also public pools located in Maryville. We have a charcoal grill at the cottage if you want to bring charcoal to grill and we do have wood for the fire pit at the cottage. Other things to note You will be given a door code before you arrive. Please DO NOT arrive early unless we have told you the cottage is ready or you can message us and ask if its ready. We need proper cleaning time. We do ask that you let us know an approximate time so we will be ready for you. If it is late and you book the same night just call us and we will make sure you have the code if you don't have it. Also we ask that upon leaving you send a text or call to let us know when the cottage is empty. Thank you!
