Elegant finishes in this apt make your stay comfortable. Lots of creature comforts. Full kitchen with all the supplies. Min 450 thread count sheets, plush towels, tempurpedic king size mattress will want you coming back again. Details were put into the features typically not found in surrounding rentals. We want to exceed our customers expectations! The living area has a futon couch that will fold out to a full/queen bed. This is in addition to the couch. We have 2 additional roll away twin beds if they are available (first come / first served). Please advise in your reservation if they are requested! NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY GROCERY ITEMS (FOOD OR DRINK). GUEST ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL GROCERIES. IMPORTANT: Unit has an on demand hot water system. Water will not get hot if you turn it on ALL the way - it has a scald protection in it. Turn faucet on to 75-80% until it gets warm and turn up slowly as needed. Guest are able to use entire apt. Business center located downstairs and is available for use (fees apply). Fax, copy, printing available. Historic downtown Hot Springs is simply amazing. Dip your toes in the springs that run through the town and stay a warm 87 degrees year round. Next door you will find a coffee shop. On River St, within walking distance, multiple restaurants, theatre, spa, shopping and more. Unit is on second floor of building with NO elevator. Stairs are steep.
