Really great place to stay in New York. Second floor apartment with lots of room to relax & no sharing rooms. Host occupies first floor of this private home. Near train, shops and 10 mins drive from beach, mall. Nice safe area, easy access to restaurants, grocery. Approx 15 mins from JFK international and LaGuardia airport depending on traffic. The space This is a private and complete apartment with large bedroom with attached bathroom, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen -- no sharing -- the entire apartment is private. Air conditioning and heat or numerous windows that allow cool fresh breezes. Kitchen has stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Lots of windows throughout and lots of closet space. Location is on the upper level one short flight up wide staircase that's not steep. Guest access 2nd level apartment located just one short flight up staircase that is wide and not steep. Other things to note Short drive to beach, Kennedy and LaGuardia airports, huge shopping mall and outlets. Walk to restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, etc. Take the Long Island Railroad (1 mile walk from home) or drive to Manhattan and enjoy world class museums, fashion, Broadway shows, etc. Easy route to the Hamptons also.
