Take in panoramic ocean and mountain views from the private balcony and the expansive shared patio, and at night stargaze while relaxing at night. The wood-floored interior is filled with natural light, and its tranquillity makes it ideal for meditation. The house is on 6 acres within the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. Spectacular ocean views including Catalina and Channel Islands on a clear day. Close access to the Backbone Trail which spans the Santa Monica Mountains. Guests have access to private bedroom, adjacent private bathroom (not a suite), large patio, and wifi. Please note that there are other residents on the second floor. Guests are invited to a simple complimentary breakfast. There is a mini fridge, microwave, a coffee maker machine, luggage rack/ closet in the room for your belongings. There is ample parking available on property. The kitchen is NOT available. The house isn’t suitable for children under 8 years old. We are quiet and will respect your privacy. However, I am available to help you at any time either in person or by text regarding any questions, concerns or recommendations. This villa is located on 6 acres atop the Santa Monica Mountains in a secluded environment ideal for nature lovers. Hike on the nearby Backbone Trail, which spans the peaks. Santa Monica, Malibu, and the Pacific Coast Highway are all close by. We are located in this hills of Malibu. There isn't public transportation. Uber/ Lyft are not reliable at the house. In other words, you might have to schedule a pick up. - There is a $30 dollars daily fee charge for the 3rd, 4th and 5th guest. - There is a $10 dollars fee for ANY STAINED towels. - There is a $20 dollars fee to ANY STAINED linen. - CHECK-IN from 4p-11pm - NO Children under 8 years of age is suitable for the house.
