Near Walnut St, restaurants, shops. AC/Wi-Fi/TV. 2 min. walk to bus stop. NO SMOKERS. Parking in the front of the house for a car that you share with one other guest. Free parking on the street for over-sized vehicles. Dog permitted with approval from host--$25 fee for the entire stay. No cleaning fee added. The space This private bedroom is located on the first floor of our home. You have your own private space with no kitchen and do not share your living space with us or any other guests. Only shared space is the foyer. We also have an apartment for rent, which includes a full kitchen, dining and seating area, and a back porch. Note: Dogs are welcome to enjoy the fenced-in back garden with guests, as long as they are friendly and will not harm our dogs. Dogs must be approved. They are not permitted to stay in accommodation if they bark continually. Dogs are not permitted on the linen. Bedspread will be stored away to ensure it is not damaged. We are not only near most of the universities in the area, museums and the Phipps Conservatory, plus a few blocks from Walnut and South Highland streets where there are restaurants and shopping. We will be happy to suggest places to visit and dine, as well as give you tips on how to get around. Guest access No access to our kitchen. There is a coffee pot and microwave in the room. Please note there is NO parking for your visitors. You have one parking space for your car only. Other things to note We have two rescue dogs--little girl beagles who are not in your space, but you may see them in the back garden. Dogs must be approved.
