Also located on our 6-acre estate is a 2nd BNB rental the "BEARFOOT CHALET" to allow families to be close. The space This 1500 One Level Brick Ranch is ideally located on our 6-acre Private Estate, just 5 mins from all the action of Downtown Kingsport, Tn. Hike local nearby trails, enjoy the Holston River, nearby Bays Mt. Park and Reserve. Location is within 30 minutes of both Bristol and Johnson City Tn. Guest access Guest is permitted to use the Ranch home as their own during their stay and can feel free to walk the 6-acre property or just relax on their private deck. Best location to stay in our ENTIRE Area. Ample parking is available and limited to two vehicles unless approved by owner. Other things to note Bring a Camera, we often see wildlife. Extra precautions are taken after every guest leaves thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the entire house as needed.
